is coach jimmy platt still coaching in the valley? IMO "boss hogg" was (or is) the greatest track coach in valley history...(countless DC's at WHS)

Last I heard he was at one of the PSJA School's, maybe PSJA North. I have to agree with the statement that he was one of the best track coaches in the valley. It's a shame he Left Weslaco.
